Click on the tournament application you need.

AzSoccerEvents accepts Master Card and Visa through a safe and secure payment system ptovided by Authorize.Net.

APPLICATION TO HOST:
For USYSA tournaments go to our forms page and CLICK on the link to the Applications to Host.  When you get to the AYSA tournament web site CLICK on the ICON in the third column under the tournament name and print.  For USCS applications to host send an e-mail to azsoccerevents

HOTELS:
CLICK on the ICON in the right column for Sport Teams Accommodations.  They have rooms blocked for each tournament.  STAY AND PLAY: All out of town teams are required to book their hotel rooms through Sport Teams Accommodations.

STAY AND PLAY guarantees you the lowest rates in selected hotels; hotel perks not offered to the general public; and preferred tournament schedule with a guaranteed no games before 9:30 AM on Saturday pledge. 

Should you have any other hotel preference (s) other than the listed sponsor hotels, please call Meghan Fletcher at 1-800-616-1533 (ext. 109) for assistance. 

Acceptance into the tournament for out of area teams is contigent upon booking rooms in a tournament hotel or your preferred hotel booked through Sport Teams Accomodations.

SCHEDULES:
Schedules will be available seven days before the start of the tournament online.
NO SCHEDULES WILL BE MAILED TO YOU.  SCHEDULES ARE NOT CONSIDERED FINAL UNTIL THE TOURNAMENT STARTS.  IF A SCHEDULE CHANGE HAPPENS AFTER TOURNAMENT CHECK IN THAT AFFECTS YOUR FIRST AGEM YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL AND OR PHONE CALL.  It is up to you to make sure you have the latest schedule.  Games will not be made up if a team misses a game due to a schedule change.

TOURNAMENT CHECK IN:
Tournament check in will be posted on the schedule page seven days before the start of the tournament.  Maricopa County teams must sens a representative to tournament check in or be subject to a $50.00 late check in fee, payable before the start of the tournament. 

Out of town/state teams should check in at tournament headquarters (site to be determined for each tournament) at least one hour before the start of their first game. A representative from the team should come to check in with all appropriate paperwork and passes,  The team should go directly to their first game field.
